Decree setting the hearing pursuant to Article 19, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree No. 14/2019: hearing date: 25th November 2026, 11:00 a.m.
The company, finding itself in a temporary liquidity crisis, has decided to avail itself of one of the resolution instruments provided for by the Legislative Decree No. 14/2019, namely the one set out in Articles 17-18 et seq., the Negotiated Settlement, under which an independent Expert is appointed by the Chamber of Commerce (in this case Dr. Emanuele Nicolini, whose office is in Mirandola – Italy) and the matter is submitted to the review of the Court of Modena for the agreements between the Parties and for the confirmation of the protective measures in favour of the applicant.
This notice is given in compliance with the Judge’s order.
